Every year, our family begins the harvest with our beloved Manaki olives, picked while they are still green and full of the fresh aromas of early autumn in Greece. This limited-edition, handmade extra virgin olive oil is wonderfully fresh and vibrant, with notes of green grass, leaves, unripe tomato and fresh vegetables. Its gentle bitterness and medium peppery finish are beautifully balanced, leaving you with that unmistakable feeling of freshly crushed olives and Greek nature. Made from 100% Manaki olives, harvested by hand in the very first weeks of the season, this is a natural fruit juice with a beautifully fresh character and naturally occurring antioxidants.
