We had a wonderful olive oil tasting and were delighted to support their family business. As a teacher, Marianna is knowledgeable and passionate. Our 2 hours of learning and tasting went by so fast. And their Manaki olive oil is delicious.

I went to Oleosophia a couple of days ago and it was the most amazing experience! Mariana, their "olive oil sommelier", was charming, passionate about her craft, and a fantastic teacher. There were 16 of us in the group, and we were amazed at the way she taught us to smell, taste, and judge the quality, age, and varietal origin of olive oil. We also walked through the grove and learned about the production, chemistry and health benefits of olives. I would recommend Oleosophia to anyone visiting the Corinth area who wants an exceptional and unique travel experience. In addition, they served us a delicious open air lunch and everything was fresh and natural. Simply the best!

Never knew I needed an olive farm tour or olive oil tasting in my life. But this experience is so special. The care they give to their visitors and the information given is unparalleled. This is a must do activity for visitors that want a taste of Greek culture. Very excited to stay a part of the Oleo Sophia culture by being connected through Instagram!

This was an enjoyable, olive tasting experience, set in a tranquil olive grove with beautiful views of the surrounding area.Marianna was knowledgeable and enthusiastic, and made the session interesting and fun.Our sensory abilities of taste and smell were certainly put to the test trying different samples and learnt how to recognise a high quality olive oil.This was a worthwhile activity, that even my teenage boys participated in, which I would recommend to anyone that loves olive oil and wants to learn more about what they are purchasing and consuming!Thank you Marianna for a memorable visit to your olive garden.Tina 🇬🇧

Wonderful olive oil tasting on a beautiful farm! We learned so much about the trees and how to experience different olive oils. Marianna was a great host and my wife and I had the perfect tasting on our trip. I didn’t realize how little I knew about Olive oil until after this experience. I would HIGHLY recommend this Olive Oil tasting!

The best place we visited during the vacation. Five stars doesn't seem enough. Well worth renting a car from Athens in itself (so, three Michelin stars?). Everything was arranged spot on. We visited with a baby, who was extraordinarily taken into account, providing toys and fruit and most importantly, time. The tasting itself was an eye opening experience, with an educational selection of six different olive oils and some food pairings. The feeling afterwards is very much like discovering fine wines, or single origin coffees, or craft beer for the first time.

This was one of the most enlightening experiences I've ever had. I recently organized a group to visit the olive groves at Oleosophia and we not only left with beautiful bottles of olive oil, but also left with great insight about olive oil from the growth of the trees, to production and consumption. As an added bonus, the views around the groves are spectacular and is a great escape from the bustling city of Athens.

Marianna provided us an excellent olive grove tour and olive oil tasting!! The scenery was beautiful but the best part was Marianna's passion and knowledge of olive oil and the process of creating it. We learned how to smell and taste differences in oils and what to look for on labels back home to make sure we are getting the best quality products. Also how to pair different types with certain foods. Definitely recommend!!

There are not enough words to describe the gem that is, Oleosophia and the family behind the mission. Marianna was attentive, incredibly knowledgeable and kind throughout our olive oil tasting. Not only did we get to experience this private tour, taste their amazing oils and learn about high quality extra Virgin olive oil, we could feel Marianna's passion. Oleosophia is a small farm Grove, maintaining and upholding the highest quality standard for their product- a true rarity in the world of EVOO. They not only shared their oils with us, but created a lovely tasting to pair and surprised us with table grapes to take home (we ate them the entire ride home). As someone who grew up surrounded by high quality extra virgin olive oils, I felt proud. Proud to be in their country and honored by their mission. If you are looking for a one of a kind experience, look no further. Marianna, her lovely husband George and their beautiful olive Grove is a must see!

I can't even describe how wonderful this experience was. I learned more about Olive Oil than I have ever known in my life, the health benefits and nutritional facts were eye opening. The presentation of the history, growing cycles, harvesting and preparation of the olive oil was so exciting and educational. We had a very pleasant experience with Marianna. She gave us all useful info about the maintenance of the olive trees and the processof harvesting. The workshop is pretty informative even for people that have some knowledge of olive oil making. The tasting experience was truly enjoyed as we learned to identify some basic defects of the olive oil. It's highly recommended!
