We met in Athens - I came from the city, he from generations of olive oil growers. Diverse backgrounds, just like our olive oils, colliding, merging and blending, bringing eventually two very different families together in one.

With a background in science and research, and certified olive oil education, I brought a new way of understanding olive oils, through detail, senses and experience. All this while championing the work of women in the olive oil lifecycle, the mothers and grandmothers that safeguard and pass down the knowledge.
