Our Oleosophia Manaki Early Harvest EVOO is the heart and soul of our terroir here at our village! We produce it with love and respect, from unripe, green olives of the local Manaki variety and that is how we get its beautiful green, grassy aromas that remind us of green bell peppers, tomato vine and green apple. 

Grape Syrup: 
In this set, you will find our family made grape syrup, produced by boiling the juice of grapes for 20-22 hours, loyally following grandma's recipe! That way, we get to have the sugars of the grape at the end  - a majestic alternative to processed sugar!
Rich in flavor, aroma and iron, you can use it for glazing, dressing, to caramelise your meat and barbeques or vegetables, on ice cream, yogurt, desserts and more! 

Olive Oil Soaps:
Beauty starts from within but we also love to enjoy it on the outside! So we have our own formulation of olive oil soaps, handmade and produced with love! They come in 6 different flavors, depicting the local flora and cultivations of our village, with a personal touch! One of each is included in the set to enjoy them all!
- Simplicity (green label) : just olive oil with no smell
- Nourishing Moments (brown label): olive oil with honey, dried thyme & thyme essential oil
- Exfoliating Touch (Magenta label): olive oil with olive kernel pieces & rosemary essential oil
- Serenity (Soft purple label): olive oil with dried pieces of lavender & lavender essential oil
- Playful Vibes (yellow label): olive oil with pieces of lemon zest & lemon essential oil
- Energy Breeze (orange label): olive oil with pieces of orange zest & orange essential oil
